Acting for individuals, families and family offices, Eccord provides buy-side only property search services (400+ acquisitions, 60% off market, 85% of competitive bids won), as well as US to London relocation services for senior executives. The award winning team also manages £1.5billion of properties across Chelsea, Kensington, Mayfair and other prime central London neighbourhoods, providing professional rental and property management services for landlords, and private home and vacant management support for full time and part time homeowners.

Eccord is not an estate agent and not a developer — we act exclusively for buyers and tenants, never for sellers or landlords seeking tenants. We typically represent clients with budgets of £2m+ for buying searches and £5,000 pcm upwards for rental searches.
