Our clients, a private Australian family, were looking for a discreet and professional property management company to assist them with the administration set up and ongoing management of two apartments they had purchased near Hyde Park.
We worked with them from the point of completion, transferring all utilities into the new owner's name and setting up accounts and weekly delivery services with favoured dry cleaning and newspaper & magazine distribution companies.
Financial simplicity and transparency for their household expenses was important and all outgoing bills and invoices are processed via our dedicated client account. Our clients receive an itemised monthly timesheet and expenditure statement outlining all activity and payments handled on their behalf.
In addition, we work closely with the family’s butler for any reactive maintenance requirements and additional requests such as a full clean and repair of an antique chronometer carriage clock.
