We also investigate the rental market for potential purchases, comb through archives to discover unsold properties, make direct approaches, and use our industry status to access unpublished property opportunities.

Our approach is meticulous and we are trusted to look after our clients on their property buying journey, delivering results that would not be achievable without our representation.

Our Fees

We exhaustively search the market on an ongoing basis - both on and off market - until the right property is found.

On average we save our clients twice our fee through our industry status and expert negotiation.

Our Search Fees

We exhaustively search the market on an ongoing basis - both on and off market - until the right property is found.

Our fee includes the negotiation of rent and all tenancy terms and project management of the entire rental process including the tenancy agreement, referencing, fund transfers, check-in, inventory, utilities transfer and snagging.

Retainer fee

10% of the first year's rent

Our retainer fee lasts for a 3 month search period

The success fee is payable once a tenancy agreement is signed

Our approach is meticulous and we are trusted to look after our clients on their relocation journey, delivering results that would not be achievable without our representation.

Our Fees

We exhaustively search the market - both on and off market - until the right property is found, and provide a full day of home search, accompanying you to all viewings.

Our fee includes the negotiation of rent and all tenancy terms and project management of the entire rental process including the tenancy agreement, referencing, fund transfers, check-in, inventory, utilities transfer and snagging.

We also provide a comprehensive Settling-in Programme for those who are new to London and require extra assistance.
