Our British landlords had purchased the house and carried out an extensive refurbishment of the property. When they moved out of London, we were recommended to them by their interior designer to manage the property.
The house is technologically complex and our clients were emotionally attached so it was important to them to appoint a management team who understands the property.
Our landlords have been so happy with the service, they have since appointed us on two additional properties which they own.
