Duplex apartment

We acquired this lovely apartment in the heart of Clerkenwell as an investment for our repeat client and have been renting and managing it ever since.

After multiple viewings, we agreed terms with a corporate tenant relocating to London from Edinburgh. The tenant was keen to rent a property that was being professionally managed, and they took comfort that it would be handled by our integrated in-house property management team.
