We view every shortlisted property in person on your behalf, give you an honest assessment rather than a marketing description, and run detailed video viewings so you can judge the light, noise and condition for yourself. We also advise on neighbourhoods, schools and commutes, so you can decide where to live before you arrive.
Can you help me rent before I buy?
Yes. Many clients rent first while they get to know London and decide where to buy. We handle rental searches exactly as we handle purchases, representing you rather than the landlord. Renting lets you try different neighbourhoods, and when you're ready to buy, we already know what you need from a permanent home.
What support do you offer beyond finding a home?
