We were appointed by probate solicitors to conduct weekly inspections of an empty property, which was involved in a family dispute as part of a lengthy probate process.
On one inspection visit we discovered a ceiling had collapsed and our property manager notified the solicitors immediately and ensured the building was made structurally sound.
In addition, we collected and forwarded post to the solicitors and allowed access for estate agents to value the property, ready to launch to the sales market once probate was granted.
The executors had peace of mind that the house was being monitored and their insurance remained valid throughout the probate period.
