Having acquired the property via our search and acquisition team, our clients engaged our home management services to help them transition into their new home.

Ahead of moving in, our home management team ensured all utilities and broadband were set up correctly and coordinated minor upgrades such as new kitchen appliances and a pre-move professional clean.

Once they had moved in, we provided access to our trusted contractor panel and made recommendations to set up regular housekeeping, landscaping and gardening contracts and agreed schedules and task lists.

On an ongoing basis, our property management team provide support with day-to-day deliveries and household tasks such as supervising furniture deliveries and providing access to the property as required.
