Our Home Management team don’t just work with homeowners; we’re relied upon in many different situations.
We were appointed by legal representatives to safeguard and maintain a significant property during a complex probate process, providing diligent oversight and continuity at a sensitive time.
Following a comprehensive property handover, we established a structured management presence, carrying out inspections every 14 days to ensure full compliance with insurer requirements and protect the estate throughout the process.
Our remit also included changing all external locks, reinstating and managing an alarm system that had been inactive for several years, implementing fire alarm monitoring, and ensuring all windows meet British Standard 3621. We also arranged a full roof inspection and took ongoing responsibility for the monitoring and maintenance of all security systems.
Alongside the property management, we coordinated access for the executors, liaising closely with solicitors, and overseeing specialist logistics – including the secure transportation of our client’s Aston Martin, which was safely delivered and stored in the property’s garage under our supervision.
Our role was to provide calm, thorough oversight, safeguard the property, and deliver complete peace of mind to all parties involved during the probate process.
