We uncovered the perfect property off market, but high price expectations and a change of personal circumstances led the seller not to sell. Over a three year period, we maintained close contact with the agent until the owners were ready to sell.
The conveyancing process brought challenges, including lease variations and changes within the building announced at the time of purchase, but through careful management and negotiation, we renegotiated the price and progressed smoothly to completion.
