Property Management & Accounts Coordinator

JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Coordinator to support our busy property management and finance team. This hands-on role involves a variety of administrative and financial tasks.

The successful candidate will display flexibility and play a key part in keeping our day to day internal processes running efficiently, from assisting with accounts and invoicing, to tenancy paperwork and day to day administrative support.

This is a varied role for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced and rewarding environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinate tenancy arrangements such as check in appointments and safety certificates

• Process and reconcile rents, pay contractors and landlords

• Assist with lettings administration such as tenancy paperwork

• Process invoices in a timely and accurate manner

• Assist with day to day bookkeeping tasks using Xero

• Be responsible for internal processes such as compliance requirements

KEY SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS

• Reliable, logical and process driven with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy

• Strong Excel and confident numeracy skills essential

• Ability to prioritise work load and able to work independently and as part of a team

• A willingness to learn is important and previous experience in lettings or property administration would be an advantage

HOURS, SALARY & BENEFITS

• Part time role – 25 – 30 hours p/w (5 - 6 hours per day)

• £30,000 - £35,000 pro rata per annum

• Pension, Private Healthcare (Vitality), 25 days holiday pro rata + extra birthday holiday day
