Our Fees
FULL MANAGEMENT
Most of our landlords require our full management service at 14% of the annual rent + VAT for year 1 of the tenancy and 6% + VAT per year for every subsequent year of the same tenancy.
LET ONLY
Some of our landlords prefer to manage the property themselves once a tenant is in place. Lettings only management service: 11% of the annual rent + VAT for year 1 of the tenancy and 3% per year for every subsequent year of the same tenancy.
All fees will be subject to a minimum annual fee.

Our vacant management service is designed around having an experienced property manager regularly visiting your property, overseeing its upkeep to ensure everything runs smoothly and any issues are handled safely and efficiently.
