We provide a home management service for clients who live in their property full time to support in maintaining and running their home on an ‘as needed’ basis.

For properties which are vacant or only used for certain periods of the year, we provide on the ground assistance to ensure that their homes are maintained, secure and ready and waiting for them.

We take the time to get to know you and your property. Our clients trust us to be on hand to help with everything from regular inspections and planned preventative maintenance, to remedial works and household administration.

Maintenance

We have a trusted network of contractors who carry out servicing, repairs and maintenance from specialist heating and AC systems to handyman services.

Project management

We oversee and coordinate projects such as small refurbishments and home staging for sale or rental, as well as arranging removals and storage. In addition, we can be on hand to facilitate access to your property and supervise contractors.

Property inspections 

We conduct regular property inspections to monitor your property, check it's secure, run household systems and satisfy household insurance requirements. We can also arrange 24 hour key holding services, alarm monitoring and 24/7 emergency contractors.

Housekeeping

Our team can help source a housekeeper or organise specialist, one-off and regular cleaning services.  

Client arrival

We help prepare for your arrival or for guests, arranging professional cleaning with all linen and towels laundered and the beds freshly made. We also coordinate and unpack grocery deliveries, ensuring that the fridge and cupboards are fully stocked.

Administration

We manage household administration such as collecting and scanning post, overseeing utility accounts and settling contractor invoices. We can also securely hold keys and be on hand to accept deliveries.

Tried and tested network

We work closely with a trusted network of contractors, specialists and service providers and have a carefully vetted network of tradespeople.

Acting as your single point of contact we arrange and supervise any work required. We also act as a buffer between you and contractors, bringing professionalism, efficiency to the process.

Simple to use service

We are here to assist as much or as little as you need and there is no minimum monthly spend required. We charge on an hourly basis for our time organising, arranging and being on site to supervise.

All bills are settled via client float account and we provide regular expenditure statements, copies of third-party invoices and timesheets for complete transparency. We don’t charge a mark up on any services we instruct on your behalf.

£100 + VAT per hour
