A buying agent usually charges an upfront retainer fee and then a success fee once the purchase is legally binding.
At Eccord, we charge a £4,000 + VAT Retainer Fee which lasts for up to 6 months of searching. Once your purchase is legally binding, we charge a Success Fee of 2% of the purchase price + VAT.
