Our clients, based in Italy, had recently purchased an apartment in South Kensington and wanted a London representative to oversee the completion process and manage the property on their behalf on an ongoing basis.
On completion day, we liaised with the solicitors and selling agent to collect keys and went straight to the apartment to video call our clients to provide reassurance that everything was in place.
We handled all post completion administration such as changing locks, setting up utility accounts and we set up the apartment with personal items from storage facilities.
On an ongoing basis we handle all the maintenance to keep the property in excellent working order. We also regularly assist our client’s guests who use the property in setting up the apartment with fresh linen, fully stocked fridges etc ahead of visits.
