Our overseas clients had acquired a London base in Notting Hill and engaged our home management team to help them set up the property and handle its ongoing management, to give them peace of mind when they are not in London.
In the run up to completion, we seamlessly took over to set up all administration for the property including utilities, home insurance, security systems and arranging membership to the exclusive Ladbroke Square gardens.
In addition, we oversaw deliveries of new furniture and supervised installations, to ensure the property was in full working order and beautifully presented for their first visit.
On an ongoing basis, we conduct regular property inspections when our clients are overseas and we handle maintenance on their behalf, manage post and settle household expenditure.
