Our client was a high-performing lawyer whose demanding travel schedule left little time for her property search.

From the outset, her brief was clear: a location within 45 minutes of Canary Wharf, a home of around 2,000 sq ft with three bathrooms – a surprisingly rare combination – and a green, village like setting. It also had to be turnkey; renovation was not an option.
