Our client’s family office required support in managing the family London residence.
They needed assistance to manage maintenance contracts, facilitate access to contractors and conduct regular property inspections.
In addition, we cleared the overdue maintenance backlog and set up regular service visits to ensure the house was always fully operational, as the owner would visit with little notice.
On an ad hoc basis we provide additional assistance such managing minor refurbishment projects and coordinating the safe transport of personal items, such as a piano to one of our clients’ other residences.
