Our family office client had invested in a complete refurbishment of the property in order to rent it out and maximise the rental income.
The house had a swimming pool, specialist AV and security systems and delicate materials throughout the interiors. The super prime developer who carried out the refurbishment recommended our property management team to manage it.
We proactively manage the ongoing servicing schedules alongside preventative and reactive maintenance, in addition to the ongoing relationship with the super prime tenants and their representatives.
