Our clients divide their time between Dubai and the UK, and had recently purchased this beautiful family home in the heart of Chelsea.
Having been recommended to them, we were entrusted to ensure their home is meticulously cared for during their time away – and to ensure it is turnkey ready for when they are in London.
Our role includes everything from setting up utilities, upgrading security systems, coordinating home insurance requirements, arranging contractor visits for maintenance projects and coordinating household staff.
Ahead of their first arrival to London, we even arranged professional Christmas decorations inside and out at their request — because it’s all about the details and making them feel at home.
The family now have the peace of mind that they can enjoy London as they please, knowing their home is immaculate and ready for them at all times.
