Our client is preparing his London residence for a major renovation, with extensive works planned for the property. Our Home Management team has been entrusted to oversee the home and ensure it remains secure, well maintained and ready for the renovation to begin.

Our role includes regular vacant property inspections, acting as a secondary keyholder for architectural, planning and contractor visits, and liaising closely with the client’s architect to ensure access and practical requirements are managed efficiently throughout the pre-renovation period.

We have also introduced a regular housekeeping schedule to maintain the property while it remains vacant, ensuring it is kept in excellent condition ahead of the works.

As the renovation progresses, our team will continue to oversee the property and coordinate the practical requirements on the ground, providing continuity throughout the project and ensuring the residence is ready for our client once the works are complete.
