Large detached family home

We were instructed by a global media company to handle the relocation of one of their most senior executives from Washington to London.

Having initially secured a property in one location, the family decided last minute to a school place in a different area and we had to pivot the search with extremely short notice.

Within a very short timescale to secure a new property with very little supply available, we worked closely with our network to gain a one-off viewing of an immaculate house one month before it was due to be launched to the market. It was owner occupied so the condition was beautiful, it had off street parking and was close to the green spaces of Richmond Park and the river.

We were able to secure the house on favourable terms as the landlord was himself relocating and his priority was to secure a good long term corporate tenant.
