Last minute repatriation to the USA

One of our repeat clients and their family had a very last minute repatriation back to the USA, departing so suddenly that the house was left almost as if it was still lived in, with food in the fridge and all of their personal belongings still in place.

Within 2 days, our settling-in team was entrusted to quickly and efficiently wrap up their London lives for them, organising packing, removals and shipping, pet relocation, donating unwanted items to chosen charities, coordinating the sale and collection of the car, and arranging for the property to be cleaned and any repairs or decoration jobs to be completed once empty.

Our team also oversaw the end of their tenancy, including deposit return negotiations and the closing of utilities accounts. This meant our client and their family could simply board a plane and return to the USA, knowing that every detail back in London was taken care of.
