Our client was an incredibly busy entrepreneur looking for a refurbishment project near to his Notting Hill office, which could be tailored to his specific taste.
Having identified a number of suitable options, we secured his first choice property which was a completely unmodernised lateral apartment in Maida Vale.
We had to exchange contracts within a very short timescale which involved us coordinating inexperienced sellers and their junior lawyer, working up to the close of business on Christmas Eve, to meet our client’s time deadline before the holiday break.
We have since worked with our client to find a larger home for his expanding family and our Property Management team secured an excellent long term tenant for this apartment.
