Having acquired this large home, our clients were planning major works and their insurance had various conditions which needed to be met. We worked closely with their insurance broker to make all necessary arrangements, from installing a leak detection system to introducing an arborist from our trusted network to conduct a tree survey of every tree and shrub over four metres high.

In addition, we managed and oversaw the setup of our clients’ utilities, the installation of a security alarm system and put in place regular maintenance contracts for the house such as fortnightly gardener visits and annual boiler servicing.

Whilst the property undergoes large-scale renovations, we are responsible for attending the property every 7- 10 days to conduct safety checks, ensure that all systems are running correctly and process any mail.
