Our portfolio landlord owns several properties in central London and appointed us to manage his property in South Kensington, alongside his wider prime Lodnon portfolio.

We worked closely with our network of relocation agents and partnered with a letting agent to secure a corporate tenant, achieving him a significant increase in rent resulting from multiple offers.

We conducted rigorous referencing on the tenant as our landlord was particularly keen to ensure his property would be well looked after. As part of this, the tenant gave us permission to visit his current property with less than one hour's notice to do a video to show our landlord it was kept immaculately.
