Our American client appointed Ecord to acquire their first London home within a newly completed prime development.

Following the acquisition, our Home Management team took responsibility for preparing the property ahead of their arrival, ensuring everything was in place for a seamless transition into their new home.

Our team sourced the client’s preferred Aesop toiletries for each bathroom, prepared fresh linen and towels, and fitted every wardrobe with quality wooden hangers. We also anticipated the practical requirements of relocating from the US, providing travel adaptors for US devices and installing UK Apple chargers throughout the property.

The kitchen and fridge were fully stocked with everyday essentials and the client’s preferred items, including sparkling water and personal necessities. Every detail was considered in advance, from the practical to the personal, so there was nothing left for the client to arrange upon arrival.

The result was a fully prepared London home, ready to be enjoyed from the moment the client walked through the door, with the practicalities of settling into a new city already taken care of.
