We put in place 24-hour keyholding and collaboratively designed a regular inspection checklist so our clients knew our exact weekly route through their home and what would be inspected.

Alongside inspections, our dedicated property manager provided a reliable resource to them, collecting and scanning post, allowing access to the property and arranging and supervising contractors as required.
