Having moved away from the UK 25 years ago, our clients were no longer familiar with London market and wanted to have an expert representing their best interests.

In the run up to their visit and during their short stay in London, we educated them about areas, prices and helped them refine the criteria.

Originally they wanted a renovation project, but they were going through the intense process of selling their company so we encouraged them to consider turnkey homes too. Taking them through realistic timeframes and costs of a full refurbishment, they concluded this simply wasn’t something they had the bandwidth for.

With a complete understanding of their options, Chelsea and Belgravia became the focus and the end result was a beautiful and immaculate, fully furnished interior-designed home. With the context we provided through recent comparable sales, our clients could confidently see that they were paying a fraction of what they would have spent if they were doing works themselves - without the time or hassle.
