For two years, our Home Management team acted as custodians of this magnificent building in the heart of Mayfair, to ensure it remained secure, unoccupied, and intact while the owners and architects meticulously planned an ambitious project to amalgamate several buildings into a single, stunning family residence.

Throughout this period, our team conducted weekly walk throughs, coordinated with a 24-hour alarm monitoring company, managed the collection and scanning of all post, and handled utility bill payments on behalf of our clients.

This grand building, steeped in history, is now on the path to being restored to its former glory, and we are honoured to have contributed to its remarkable journey.
