Our client, based in the US, acquired a charming property in the heart of Kensington, to use as a family retreat once a year. In between visits, she was keen to optimise its potential for select short-term rentals, in line with local permissions.
Our team assisted her from the outset, initially helping her install final touches such as books, plants, and London-themed accents for a warm, welcoming atmosphere.
On an ongoing basis we provide on the ground support, alongside fully manage the property’s servicing and maintenance and overseeing all aspects of her short-term rentals.
