Our clients divide their time between London and Germany and wanted peace of mind that their property was running as it should when they are overseas, and to prepare it ahead of visits to London.
When they are not in residence, our home management team carry out regular inspections, scan and process post and settle bills on their behalf. We also oversee household tasks, securely hold keys, facilitate maintenance visits and ad hoc deliveries as required.
Ahead of their arrival, our team ensure the property is professionally cleaned with all linen and towels laundered and the beds freshly made. We also coordinate and unpack a grocery shop delivery, ensuring that fridge and cupboards are fully stocked.
