Our search and acquisition team were appointed by an investment banker to find and secure a rental property which was large enough to accommodate his children when they stay with him in London. He had been searching himself unsuccessfully, due to very limited choice of properties and a lack of time.
His priority was to have a short commute to Canary Wharf for work and Mayfair for client entertaining.
As part of our search, we were made aware of a stunning warehouse conversion by our property management team, who had just been appointed to let and manage it. Because the property had been our landlords’ family home, they were very specific about the profile and calibre of tenant they would accept and were delighted we had a retained tenant who they could trust.
Our search and acquisition team worked with our property management team to professionally and competitively negotiate and agree the rental terms, achieving an outcome which both parties were very happy with.
