Our clients were relocating to Dubai and wanted to rent out their family home. We already managed their rental portfolio and we were appointed to take over their home as well.
We collaborated with the appointed letting agents and we acted as our clients’ representative during offer negotiations to advise on and achieve the most attractive terms.
Once a tenancy was agreed, our property management team oversaw all tenancy and compliance administration, as well as alterations to the property and coordinating extensive pre-tenancy arrangements including art removal, international shipping of furniture and setting up storage facilities.
The above was coordinated remotely with our clients while they were in Dubai and they have complete peace of mind that their family home is being professionally cared for.
