Our British and American clients were repatriating to London.
Their requirements were very specific – top floor, lateral, natural light and outside space were non-negotiable. The property also needed to be in good condition so they could move in before the new school year in September.
We conducted 3 viewing tours over the course of 10 days – which our client’s wife joined via Whatsapp video as she was unable to be in London in person.
Whilst we had focused the search within Chelsea initially, after the first two viewing tours and listening to their feedback, we showed them a unique flat in Pimlico. They absolutely loved it.
Originally 4 flats straddling 2 buildings, the property had been converted into one residence, providing 4,000 sq ft over 2 floors with possibly the best natural light we have seen and superb roof terraces.
Within 7 weeks of being appointed, we had found them the perfect property, agreed an offer, exchanged and completed – in time to move in before September.
