Setting up a new household

Eccord was appointed to direct the household set up and ongoing management of a new property for an overseas client.

This included creating a detailed manual of the household – zoning it for different staff members, itemising cleaning schedules, and cleaning products to use in each room and surface.

In addition, we created and continue to run a full Planned Preventative Maintenance Schedule (PPM) to handle servicing of the property and also any reactive maintenance works required.
