Our clients were renting locally and looking to upsize, with a young child and another expected.
Before appointing us, they had thoroughly searched the market themselves and identified a house they liked. Their private banker and mortgage broker both recommended us independently, to ensure the market had been exhaustively considered.
We listened to their brief and conducted a meticulous search, showing six off market properties alongside the house they had found themselves, none of which they were aware of.
The house we purchased for them was off market. Through our connections, we knew the owners of the house and were able to identify their motivation and negotiate directly with them to tactfully secure the house, despite competition from two other buyers.
Our clients have a stunning turnkey house which is better than they hoped they could secure, and they now look forward to this next chapter with their growing family.
